Free Books

If your order includes free books, there is a $2.00 free book charge, and tax is charged only on that $2 rather than on the amount of free books.

Shipping

Shipping charges are based on a percent of the total retail of the order. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (except holidays) between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM central standard time. Orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours with many orders completed in only a couple of business hours. A shipping confirmation will be sent on the evening that your order was shipped and contain a copy of your invoice and the UPS tracking number.

Continental United States = 8% of retail, $5.00 minimum
Shipped UPS Standard Delivery

Alaska, Hawaii, and Overseas military addresses = 12% of retail, $5.00 minimum
Shipped USPS First Class Mail

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged based on the rate where the order is being shipped. Tax is charged on shipping/handling if that state requires it to be.

Returns

We accept exchanges or refunds for up to 30 days after your purchase. After 30 days has expired, we only accept merchandise for ½ price replacement.
